Cell Immortalization Service
Innoprot offers cusotmized Primary Cell Immortalization Service using different methods, including SV40 T antigens, HPV-16 E6/7 gene or human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTert).
Our cell immortalization service guarantees immortalized monoclonal cell lines using the single-cell printer from Cytena. All the different clones obtained during the process are analyzed for the expression of the different markers requested by the customer in order to select the best clones according to each project requirements. Regarding the primary cells, you can select the desired one from our catalog of primary cells; such as epithelial cells, fribroblasts or endothelial-like cells. But you can also provide us with the primary cells from your own repository.

- Mammalian cell transfection with the selected methods
- Monoclonal Cells printing, screening and selection
- RT-PCR, IF study and Flow Cytometry Analysis (upon request)
- Proof of cell stability during 30 passages
- Selected clone expansion & Banking
- Mycoplasma, bacteria & Fungi screening
The time required to generate a new stable cell line is from 2 to 4 months but it would depend on the specific cell type characteristics.
