Cleanroom Manufacturing Services
Our cleanroom is available for manufacturing and assembly of medical devices that require sterilization or lower bioburdens. We also have strategic partnerships with FDA-registered Gamma and EBeam sterilization facilities to support our customer`s cleanroom assembly requirements. At a customer`s request, we can also drop ship unsterilized cleanroom manufactured products to state-side sterilization facilities.

Above and Beyond
For the production of devices and packaging of products that do not require cleanroom manufacturing, our entire production area is an air-conditioned white room environment that rigorously adheres to cleanliness and product handling practices.

Air Quality
From filtering air entering the cleanroom to particle level control and proactive removal of internal contaminants to HEPA and ULPA filtration configurations, our cleanrooms adhere to Class 8 standards of non contamination.

Our PCB assembly and electronic component storage areas are fully compliant to ESD requirements.
