Compliance Assessment Services

RISK, Inc. provides a full range of program assessment services. Audits, gap analyses and assessments all measure programs but each with a specific purpose and scope, and the term assessment is often used generically to refer to all three types of program reviews. Compliance audits are used to verify that plans, procedures and programs have been implemented to meet a specific regulation or standard. The objective of a gap analysis is to measure where a program stands in relation to a goal, such as achieving OSHA VPP status, by identifying gaps in plans, procedures and programs that need to be completed to meet that goal. An assessment is an evaluation of the plans, procedures and programs to identify improvements to better meet requirements or increase safety. The basic approach to each is similar and combined reviews can be conducted to achieve multiple objectives. We work with each client to identify their key objectives and recommend the best strategy to accomplish them.
