This service package includes a two-year extension on the standard one-year warranty, providing a total of three years of coverage. The package also includes a modem, enabling technicians to diagnose issues remotely through data logs, ensuring quick support and optimized uptime. Customers are granted 15 hours of hotline support during business hours to enhance operational efficiency. Furthermore, a start kit with essential equipment and two sets of spare parts kits, including mixer components, are provided, ensuring the plant's maintenance needs are met during the initial phase and beyond. An operator training day is also offered to ensure that staff are thoroughly familiar with the plant's machinery before installation. Modem

Modem for online support. Service technicians are with a modem able to get easy access to the mobile batching plant and diagnose the problem via the data log from the machine. The modem ensures fast support and maximum uptime.

Support

Included free 15 hours hotline support. According to fibo intercon experience, this is the support required through the warranty period. Support in the period from 8.00-16.00 CEST fibo Support

Start kit

The kit is fitted with the equipment used within the first period according to the operation and maintenance documents. According to fibo intercon this will help the start-up of your new machine and a good start of the maintenance.

2 sets of spare kit

Containing spare parts for the mixer. The recommended spare part kit contains the following parts. Under normal concrete production conditions, the 2 sets are sufficient for 3 years of production.
