Welcome to the Pacific Crest Technical Assistance Center. We are available to answer your questions regarding the operation of our products with your GPS system. To obtain assistance you must submit a Support Request. Instructions for submitting a support request are in the Support Request section of this page.
Support Requests
To enter a new Support request please complete a Support Request Form for any questions or concerns you have regarding your equipment. Also, use this form for reporting product failures when under warranty, and the Support team will assist.
Service Requests
Your Pacific Crest Radio can be repaired by an authorized Service Provider or a Trimble Regional Service Center. To find an authorized service provider in your area use the Service Center Directory (click here). To send your product to a Trimble Regional Service Center for repair you can request a Service Work Order (SWO) directly with the Repair Services team by entering a ticket at http://support.trimble.com or send an email to [email protected] and request Repair.
To have an SWO generated you will need to provide the Product Part number, Serial Number, your contact information, a shipping address, and a detailed description of the issue that needs repaired. Once we have all the required information you will be sent an SWO via email. Please read that email completely as it includes critical shipping and packing instructions.
