  • CRYOGENIC TESTING AND ELEVATED TEMPERATURE TESTING

    All tests can be perform with accurate temperature control from liquid helium to elevated temperatures

    • 4K to 523K (-269°C to 250°C)
  • ASTM & SACMA TESTING

    CTD can perform all ASTM & SACMA standard tests for composite materials, including tensile, compression, and shear

  • THERMAL ANALYSIS

    The following thermal analysis tests can be performed at temperatures ranging from 4K to 523K (-269°C to 250°C):

    • Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) Measurement
    • Thermal Cycling
    • NASA Cryoflex Test
  • DIELECTRIC TESTING

    Dielectric testing on insulation materials can be performed in a variety of environments and temperatures. Test environments include liquid nitrogen (-196°C), dielectric oil (20°C-300°C), and air (20°C-450°C). Dielectric capabilities include:

    • DC Voltage up to 120 kVDC
    • AC Voltage up to 20 kVAC
    • IR Measurement from 100 kΩ to 50 GΩ.
