Guardtech’s in-house design department consists of specialist 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (SolidWorks) Engineers supported by experienced cleanroom practitioners producing detailed Design Documentation.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION DESIGN: Providing wholesale design packages to be used to tender against, or move directly into, the construction phase. Compiled from client User Requirement Specification (URS) or from discussions and site surveys.
CONCEPT DESIGN: For clients that are in the exploratory phase of their cleanroom project planning, Guardtech can produce packages that consider a number of early stage concept designs that can be reviewed prior to moving to pre-construction design.
POST-CONSTRUCTION: For facilities that have been established for some years, drawings may been outdated or lost. Guardtech can attend site, conduct a survey and compile drawings, O&M manuals, specifications and suggest potential upgrades.
