Rotar`s demolition and recycling products are fully developed in house. Our engineering team uses state-of-the-art 3D CAD software. In the late 90s, Rotar switched from 2D to 3D modelling, which resulted in considerably shorter product development lead-times and fewer design errors and modifications.

All its products are designed on a modular basis, which allows for greater flexibility and fewer components. A great deal of emphasis is placed on the quality of its product design and drawings, including aspects such as serviceability. Rotar develops its products with an eye to practicality and ease of use. Close partnerships with suppliers also mean that very high-quality component levels can be achieved.

Another of the engineering department`s tasks is compiling user manuals and component handbooks to support and provide service to its dealers and customers.

Rotar will continue development activities to create new generations of its current products as well as entirely new product ranges.
