DNA Cloning Service

Innoprot Gene Cloning Service includes two kinds of services, “Cloning & Sub-cloning”. You simply provide or designate a vector of choice, sequence information of the DNA to be cloned and template DNA and you’ll receive your gene ready to use in your downstream applications.

Gene Cloning Process Options:

Design of oligonucleotides for PCR or RTPCR
Amplification of target region
Cloning the PCR product into a cloning vector
Sub-cloning the gene into the vector of your choice
Picking, plating, culturing and DNA preparation
Sequencing of target DNA in both directions
Plasmid purification
Midi- and Maxi-preps available

Time Required:
