The mobile tapping device is mounted on the shut-off valve or ball valve, and a core drill with a centering drill is used to cut out the required nominal diameter from the pipe wall. The cut-out pipe segment is captured by the centering drill. After the successful tapping, the core drill is retracted, and the valve is closed, ensuring a secure and efficient process.
