Our capabilities include design, manufacture, test, certification, installation, commissioning, and training of standard and custom systems developed for new or existing heat treatment equipment.
The need to be versatile stems from the vast array of furnace designs around the world. One week we can be installing a control system on a new technologically advanced automatic vacuum furnace for a multi-billion $ automotive manufacturer, the next we can be retrofitting a gas cabinet to a pre-WWII rotary furnace for a chain manufacturer! The philosophy is the same: document everything, share everything.
Our Engineering Team uses cloud software and work to Gantt charts with carefully planned milestones. Each phase review includes document, drawing, and BOM sign-offs both internally and involving customers where agreed.
Electrical and 3D drawings are produced in-house using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
