Environmental Compliance Management

Mid-Atlantic’s personnel review and audit industrial facilities for compliance with applicable environmental regulations. Our personnel prepare an appropriate audit protocol, visit the site, review operations, documentation, permits and equipment to ascertain compliance. Records and reports are reviewed to determine compliance with pertinent plans and permits. We then issue a final report that summarizes areas of concern that may eventually lead to fines and/or penalties and recommend a Corrective Action Program to rectify nonconformance and prevent recurrence. Mid-Atlantic’s audit team also consults and assists a client’s own audit team to ensure that client’s audits provide necessary checks to minimize environmental issues in the future.
