Filter Lab Testing Services

The first step to evaluating a client’s separation application is to conduct preliminary tests at our facility on samples provided by the client. This initial testing will determine as a minimum the: 1.) Filter flux rate, 2.) Filtrate cleanliness, 3.) Cake moisture, 4.) Media options. This testing is done free but we request the client to pay for the sample shipping costs to Oberlin Filter. Extensive bench tests or special analytics may require additional charges. Sample size is 1- 5 gallons. Oberlin Filter will return all test samples back to client at our expense along with a brief test report.
