Grouting Mortars
ERGELIT dry mortars are ready-to-use high quality speciality mortars with synthetic additives, produced under a system of continuous quality control. They are made from environmentally friendly, frost resistant ingredients. ERGELIT grouting mortars are shrink-free and self-levelling, with excellent compression strength, adhesive strength and tensile strength. Different sizes of particles and the way they are combined – based on ERGELIT"s many years of experience – guarantee you an economical, powerful and permanent solution to your problems. Having excellent flow properties and little dependency on temperature, ERGELIT grouting mortars enable you to grout in virtually any weather conditions, summer or winter. ERGELIT dry mortars are oil resistant, vibration resistant and offer good corrosion protection. They are chloride free and are highly resistant to winter road salt.

For narrow gaps and cracks, ERGELIT superfix 10 is a thick, permanent grouting mortar which sets in less than 45 minutes to hold a pipe firmly in position where it runs through a wall.
In ERGELIT-grout, ERGELIT-fix or ERGELIT-V you have a choice of three bedding mortars with different setting times. Depending on the requirements of the job, we can provide different particle sizes from fine (up to 1 mm) through medium (up to 4 mm) to coarse (up to 8 mm). In this way we can offer the right solution for the foundations of any pillar, track or machinery.
