Installation, Commissioning & Training Services
Most of equipment have been preassembled in our factory before shipping, clients only need to do a little works after equipment arriving, for example, to connect the water pipes, electric cables and wires, etc., very simple. A detailed operation manual will be provided to clients together with machines.
In general, clients can handle the installation, commissioning and training after carefully reading the operation manual and executing according to it. If necessary, we can dispatch engineers to clients' site to provide onsite technical guidance, clients pay salary, visa fee, air ticket charge, and local charge like accommodation, transportation, etc. And clients take in charge of the security of our engineers in clients' country.
To simple chemical and physical treatment equipment such as dissolved air flotation, lamella clarifier, etc., 1-2 weeks are enough to finish the works, generally we dispatch only 1 engineer.
To biological treatment equipment such as package sewage treatment plant, MBR wastewater treatment equipment, etc., it takes long time to cultivate microorganism, we generally dispatch 2-3 engineers.
