Dr. Mark Eltgroth has been involved in a number of legal cases involving short-term releases of toxics, fires, and explosions. Normally, the CHARM model is used to estimate impact levels and footprints. However, if a different model is required, Dr. Eltgroth is familiar with most of the other models designed for short-term releases.
