Manufacturing
Thomas Dudley operates one of the most flexible iron foundries in the UK. Our two Disamatic moulding lines, automated lines and airset facility provide a unique production platform that is able to respond rapidly to any customer requirement for sand castings.
We can manufacture grey iron castings in material grades BS EN 1561:2011 and ductile iron castings in grades BS EN 1563:2011. Unlike less experienced iron foundries, Thomas Dudley can produce the most intricately shaped castings within CT9 tolerances.
Furthermore, we have developed the ability to produce cost-effective castings as individual items and in small, medium and large production batches comprising thousands of components.
In addition, all components are reassuringly manufactured in an environmentally responsible foundry that is accredited to OHSAS 18001, BS EN ISO 14001 and BS EN ISO 9001 and underpinned by the proven methodologies of Six Sigma.
