Method Development for Macromolecular Characterization
PSS is committed to work with you on various aspects of methods development: Evaluate and document a column selection. Establish a GPC/SEC method (conventional, 2D, LAC under critical conditions, Polymer-HPLC,...) with optimized detection (light scattering, ELSD, viscometry, FTIR, ...). Trial testing to demonstrate method robustness and to validate the application. If required, complex protocol development under GMP/GLP requirements/methodologies typical of the pharmaceutical industry If required, integration of other characterization methods. PSS will provide a project plan that may include several phases, depending on the project`s progression.

PSS will facilitate your column selection when you are researching alternative GPC/SEC columns or your new product has not been subject of a PSS application: search for column applications or contact us for a recommendation.
Subject to pre-approval, PSS will select a suitable stationary phase and perform a GPC/SEC test to document our columns performance with your own samples. We will measure the sample charging a fee. The cost of this service will be credited to the purchase of the column set used for the test. The test report also includes a solvent recommendation.
