MPN-Salmonella

Quantification of Salmonella species using the Most Probable Number (MPN) method. The method is applicable to a wide range of matrices, including soils, waters, sewage, biosolids, bulks, and surfaces. Method references are the Standard Methods for the Examination of Waters and Wastewaters, and the FDA Bacteriological Analytical Methods (BAM).
