MPN-Standard Bacteria

Quantification of bacterial parameters using the Most Probable Number (MPN) method. The method is applicable to a wide range of matrices, including soils, waters, sewage, biosolids, bulks, and surfaces. Method references are the Standard Methods for the Examination of Waters and Wastewaters, and the FDA Bacteriological Analytical Methods (BAM). Soil samples for sewage screen: E.coli and Enterococcus can be analyzed by this method.
