Offshore Services
Due to increasing demand from our customers for services on offshore installations, we decided at the end of 2013 to train our own personnel for offshore operations. Our trained employees are trained in Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) and Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) and hold valid certificates. These are based on the G41, G25, and G20 medical examinations, as well as the offshore fitness examination. Our employees' basic equipment includes their own survival suits, PPE, and climbing gear.

- Welding and metalworking:
Our employees hold valid welding certifications in welding procedures 111, 131, 135, 138, 141, and 738 and are trained specialists. We can also provide two welding specialists. For work that requires preheating of the material, we have two mobile preheating units with heating mats, which offer the enormous advantage of eliminating the need for fuel gases to preheat welds. - Non-destructive testing:
Safety is always our top priority. It's unimaginable what could happen if faulty welds lead to serious accidents. For this reason, we have two in-house materials testers for non-destructive testing, trained according to EN 473 for MT & PT Level 2. Both are also certified welding specialists (IWS). - Stress-relieving vibration:
We can also offer this alternative to stress-relieving annealing offshore, as long as the components can be mounted on rubber buffers. Component sizes from 100 kg to 100 tonnes are possible. The vibration process is computer-controlled. During the process, the computer logs each measured value and creates a stress diagram for documentation. The system consists of an unbalance motor and a computer, which can be transported in a space-saving and cost-effective manner. Ferritic structural and mechanical engineering steels, as well as gray cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, cast steel, and austenitic chromium-nickel steels, can be subjected to stress-relieving vibration.
