Thorough cleaning
- Container walls are cleaned by us with a water jet high-pressure cleaner with up to 2,500 bar.
- We process large areas highly efficiently with a washing robot.
- This enables us to prepare the container in the best possible way for refurbishment and to create a optimal substrate.
Repair Re-profiling of the surfaces
Sometimes not only the coating but also the concrete of the tank wall is attacked. The removal can amount to several centimeters, in severe cases even the probation is exposed to aggressive gas and substrate. In these cases we repair the tank walls with fibre-reinforced, highly sulphate-resistant concrete additives.
