Waves’n See comes from public research. From the beginning, we have been involved in collaborations with universities and research institutes to help remote-sensing progress in coastal oceanography. Our team, composed of researchers in oceanography, but also in risk management, aim to provide an integrated approach to coastal risk management. This goes from scientific and technical characterization of risks to a better understanding of measuring and awareness-raising by different publics.
