Roduced Water Treatment

We can provide produced water treatment packages for the removal of hydrocarbons as well as suspended solids from the produced water coming from separators, FWKO vessels, heater-treater or electrostatic coalescers. The treated water may then be safely discharged overboard or re-injected into the reservoir, after degassing if necessary.

For onshore applications we can provide Induced Gas Rotation Units (IGF) as well as multimedia filtration.

For offshore applications we are able to provide de-oiling and de-sanding hydrocyclones as well as degassing drums to remove any remaining dissolved gas in the water. We can also provide skimmer vessels and Coalescing Plate Separators.
