Griswold recognizes the need for timely and reliable service. We have invested heavily in inventory and developed systems to routinely handle our customers` most critical needs. Our customer service personnel and application engineers are capable of providing solutions to the most difficult pumping problems. Equipment selection, critical delivery scheduling and field service assistance are handled by an experienced and responsive team.
Griswold maintains substantial stock on our most common materials including ductile iron, stainless steel, CD4 and alloy 20 to meet the delivery demands for process pumps. Factory inventory, coupled with a nationwide system of stocking distributors, assures our customers that their emergency needs will be handled with the utmost urgency.
