THE KLEENOIL SERVICE PROGRAMME maximises uptime, productivity and prevents costly fluid-contamination related failures through simply maintaining oil hygiene to a level to suit the application.
KLEENOIL work with you; the client to achieve the best level of depth filtration for your oils and diesel fuels.
Kleenoil engineers visit on an agreed monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly interval.
We will:
- Check machine, oil and filtration condition
- Change filtration cartridges as/if required on full flow/pressure, air breathers and supporting filtration
- Dispose of used filters, if required
- Oil sampling if required
- Provide full reports and recommendations
- Consolidate and minimise your filtration spend with a clear cost report and free carbon footprint reduction analysis
The service is completely free of charge within the UK Mainland Only consumables are charged for – callout, labour, service, and disposal free of charge.
KLEENOIL can work at achieving the best levels of cleanliness on all machines, minimizing downtime, repairs and troubleshooting. Regular checks and analysis will pinpoint potential problems and offer opportunities to resolve these before catastrophic failures occur.
Through pro-active maintenance KLEENOIL will offer improvement suggestions moving forward from observations made on each visit: Based on root cause, correction and maintain to improve, just from simple housekeeping through to better storage and transfers or ensuring tanks and entry points are sealed.
