The entire machining process (turning, drilling, milling) is carried out in one single operation with equipment like double spindle, milling cutter, steady rest and tailstock. Our vertical turning, drilling, and milling centre with 4 and 5 NC axes processes dimensions up to 1200 mm diameter and turning heights up to 1000 mm. For complex components, we have 8 machining centres with integrated pallet pools at our disposal.
Process reliability with short throughput times is guaranteed, as well as a high level of productivity thanks to multi-machine operation in three work shifts.
