Planning and consulting

Thanks to our more than 45 years of experience and excellent references, we are able to develop process mixing systems, vacuum dryers, nutsches and piston valves in close contact with our customers. ESCO-Labor AG finds the simplest and most customer-friendly solution for all requirements.

Design and engineering

Every process system should be completely and carefully planned and designed. We develop an integrated concept from your idea, which you can integrate into your planning as a 3D model. Requirements such as explosion protection (ATEX 2014/34/EU Directive), additional homogenisers, in-line homogenisers, adapted scraper geometries, pressure designs in accordance with AD 2000 or ASME, coated surfaces in contact with the product (hard chrome-plated, PTFE, etc.), different container sizes, sterile autoclavable design, CIP with rotating spray nozzles and much more.

Production

Thanks to our experienced and long-standing employees and modern machinery, we can manufacture products of the highest Swiss quality. What cannot be realised internally is made possible by our specialised regional suppliers. In short: ‘The impossible is made possible’.

Spare parts

Our high-quality and robust designs are known for their durability. Thanks to our warehousing and in-house production, we are able to supply our customers with spare parts even after decades.

Contract manufacturing

We offer you professional contract manufacturing in the field of CNC turning and milling, supported by state-of-the-art CAM software. This enables us to programme and manufacture complex components according to your individual specifications - efficiently, flexibly and to the highest quality. Our experienced team develops customised solutions for your specific requirements, whether for individual parts or small batches. With CAM-supported programming and state-of-the-art CNC technology, we guarantee fast, precise and punctual production that you can rely on.
