VRAM is fully committed to servicing our products after the sale. We keep a inventory of service parts for all pumps. Service parts are shipped same-day over 90% of the time. 24 hour troubleshooting support by phone is available on all pumps. We have 0n-site factory service or consulting. On pumps with PLC controls we offer internet troubleshooting and on site maintenance under a service contract (see controls).
