The services at ETEC are divided into three areas: The outside sales group is the primary link between clients and the network of manufacturers. They can provide process assistance, conceptual design ideas, cost estimates, equipment specifications and technical presentations for most environmental equipment applications. The contract administration personnel work with owners, contractors, and consulting engineers in the execution phase of the project. They oversee the approval drawing process, manage change orders, coordinate equipment deliveries and schedule start-up services. In addition, this group handles billing, O&M manuals, and spare parts.
