Plastichem is a specialist Company operating in all industries where there is a corrosion problem offering fluoropolymer linings to vessels, pipework and other equipment using PTFE, PVDF, ECTFE, FEP, PFA, MFA, PVC, CPVC, PP, and PE.
Plastichem also has a composites Division specialising in GRP / FRP linings for lower duty corrosion applications.

Plastichem produces pipe systems from a range of materials including PTFE lined steel, PVDF, Polypropylene, ECTFE, FEP, PFA, GRP and lined GRP composites. We also supply a range of in line products such as manifolds, ball Valves, non-return valves, sight glasses and spectacle blinds in a similar range of materials.

GRP Composites

We design and produce a large range of process equipment such as reactor vessels, scrubber columns, storage vessels, separator vessels, chemical transportation tanks, dip pipes and column internals in a range of reinforced composite materials including fluoropolymer lined GRP.

Engineering Plastics

As well as being a supplier of engineering plastic materials in various forms, we also fabricate and CNC machine to produce sub-assemblies or complete finished products. Our fabrication shop is equipped with sheet butt fusion welders, pipe butt fusion machines and state of the art infra red butt fusion machines.

Site Services

Plastichem can also undertake installation on our clients sites. Our on site lining team has completed numerous on site fluoropolymer lining projects worldwide. We also carry out pipe installation, repair services, inspections and site measurement. Our site personnel are familiar with working in industrial plant environments and have relevant training including SCATS and when required, Confined Space Training.
