From first possession of the premises to final wind down of the file, TAS will be there.

Following is a listing of the complete range of ISS. You may choose any or all of these services to meet your needs on a given file.

At the start of a file, TAS will:

• prepare asset and inventory listings
• detailed asset listing with map and photos if required
• this listing is suitable for your Information Package
• detailed inventory of finished goods, raw materials and WIP
• TAS will conduct the count or coordinate with outside services
• provide Detailed Appraisal or Valuation Summary
• TAS will generate a report that answers your questions and offers observations based on our experience and expertise

a Detailed Appraisal has:

• itemized values for assets and inventories
• detailed observations on the overall condition of the assets and inventories
• disposition and liquidation recommendations
• converting analysis where applicable
• reporting based on a thorough inspection of the premises

a Valuation Summary has:

• summarized value range of assets and inventories
• general observations on the overall condition of the assets and inventories
• reporting based on a short walk through of the premises
• assist with taking possession of the premises-including files with multiple locations.
• TAS will accompany you on-site or represent you on-site
• initial inspection of the premises, assets and inventories
• provide building and site information for insurance purposes
• address status of utilities and assist in notification if necessary
• phone/Internet
• hydro
• gas
• alarm
• flag asset and inventory deterioration
• recognize and assist in any potential threat of inventory or asset deterioration.
• inventory maintenance or spoilage evaluation e.g. ensure refrigeration is in good condition and maintained
• asset maintenance eg. determine if certain assets require scheduled maintenance or continual operation to protect the overall integrity of the file.
• help identify potential Third Party goods
• conduct and/or assist in lien searches
• identify 30 day goods

Throughout the duration of the file, TAS will:

• organize and monitor on-site security
• we liaise with the existing security company or coordinate new security as required
• we act as lead contact in case of emergency
• represent you on-site as required
• for insurance purposes
• for scheduled maintenance
• for Third Party asset/inventory retrieval
• for realtor/landlord inspection
• arrange for interim staffing of operations
• for the completion of WIP
• for inventory and warehouse organizing
• for site preparation for viewings by perspective purchasers
• for short or long term liquidation sales on your behalf

At final wind down of the file, TAS will:

• coordinate moving and short/long term storage for assets and inventories
• we coordinate the removal of assets and inventories
• arrange for safe and orderly shut down and disconnection of equipment
• preparation and packaging of inventory for shipping and cartage
• arrange short and long term storage in containers or permanent facilities
• site clean up including garbage removal and recycling
• with every effort to minimize costs to the file
• site restoration to standards as dictated by the file
• ensure that the premises are left in accordance with your possession.
