Technical Support Services
Our trained team of technicians can provide you with the following services: Installation and commissioning: mechanical set up, cabling, functional testing, documentation, software configuration. On-site support and troubleshooting: fault analysis and technical problem resolution. Commissioning check: overall review of the installation and functionality (particularly the mechanical and electrical elements) including verification of the configuration, communication interfaces, switch outputs and cabling. Support hotline: remote support for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, technical problem resolution, software updates. Service contracts: customer service on Mondays to Fridays (9:00 am to 5:00 pm CET/CEST), preventative maintenance, extended warranty. Training: operational functionality, device parameters, swapping out equipment, commissioning, troubleshooting. Spare parts delivery and repairs.
