Eco-Rain Tank Systems of America, Inc. warrants for a period of 10 years that Eco-Rain Tank Systems products will meet specifications at the time of delivery, without manufacturing defects, and will perform as stated in this document provided the applications, handling, storage and installation methods follow recommendations stated in the Submittal. Eco-Rain Tank Systems is not a project designer or installer. While Eco-Rain Tank Systems provides general guidelines for design and installation of its products, all subsequent design and installation is the responsibility of the users. Eco-Rain Tank Systems recommends review of designs by a Geotechnical Engineer.
