Various steps are followed in the workflow: potential severity, impacts, notifications, and corrective actions. Near misses can also be captured on the GOpak mobile app, from anywhere even offline, using a phone or tablet. Once the non-conformance investigation is completed, management can view results in dynamic dashboards to drill down on trends and KPIs.
