MGM SAPSproW - Programming System for CNC Burning Machines
The company MGM spol. s ro supplies SAPSproW software (developed by ANTAL Software EHTi, now completely owned and further developed by MGM) for creating ring plans for ring machines. It is a modern CAD/CAM system for thermal division. The SAPSproW system is a product with a long tradition dating back to the beginning of the development of CAD/CAM systems in the eighties in what was then Czechoslovakia. The rst major success of the author of the program Ing. In 1982, Ladislav Antala developed a system (Fast Automatic Nesting) for fully automatic assembly of parts for NC burning machines. This system has been supplied to customers by leading manufacturers of NC machines for many years. In 1986 Ing. Antal developed SAPS for MS-DOS, which was used by many customers in Central Europe. In 1995, the rst version of SAPS was developed for the Windows OS called SAPSproW. In 2017, SAPSproW became the property of MGM spol. s ro, where it is further developed.

- STACK for viewing components, plans and overall automation of programmer activities
- a drawing module optimized for creating components for NC-cutting and therefore easier to control than general CAD systems
- imports geometry in DXF, DWG or optionally DSTV formats
- ESSI and ISO format can also be imported
- makes it possible to add a whole range of technological adjustments to the shape of the component, which are typical for NC cutting (machining allowance, shrinkage allowance, cutting joint compensation, etc.)
- supports interactive and fully automatic creation of a cutting plan
- creates detailed technological and economic information about each NC program and stores it in a database
- records components, material tables, residual tables, plans and NC-programs, automatically monitors the number of parts in the ring plan
- has a number of technological functions for optimizing NC-cutting (tables of burning parameters, optimal entrances and exits,
- bridges, common cuts, marking of contours and points, folding for several torches, etc.)
MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE SAPSPROW SYSTEM (recommended information in brackets):
- IBM PC compatible computer
- Monitor 15" (19"-24"), with a resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels (1920x1080)
- Operating memory min. 1 GB (according to Windows OS version 4GB)
- Mouse (IntelliMouse with wheel)
- USB port (for HW key)
- Printer (laser)
- Network card (for networking)
- Operating system: Windows 7, Windows 8, (Windows 10)
- If the computer is to be used as a data server for SAPS, it is further recommended:
- Operating memory 8 GB
