Double Rack & Pinion
- Double rack & pinion designed to maximize push/pull capacity, while eliminating unnecessary waste of power
- Vertical configuration allows drastically reduce wear and tear on key components and parts
On-Board Mud Pump
- On-board Kerr mud pump produces 314 gal/min @ 840 psi
- Ease of maintaining valves was engineered into these pumps so that only one special tool is required, a valve puller
- Kerr Pumps are more compact and more durable than competitive pumps
Diagnostics Ports
- Effortless run diagnostics with diagnostics ports
- Onsite testing capabilities
- Eliminate the need for expensive and complicated proprietary testing equipment and computers
- Easy to operate
Rineer Motors
- The Rineer patented vane crossing vane design produces much higher volumetric and mechanical efficiencies than is possible with a standard vane type design
- The 57 Series has four stator cavities and 10 rotor vanes. Each rotor vane works in each stator cavity once per revolution, which results in 40 power strokes per revolution. This helps produce higher mechanical efficiency and flatter torque curves
Integrated MFD Remote
- The MFD can accept telemetry signals from 4* different DCI manufactured receivers: F2™, Eclipse®, Mark III, and Mark V
- MFD unit can also be used with the Eclipse® TensiTrak® Pullback and Pressure Monitoring system
Remote Control
- Safely load, unload, and maneuver the horizontal directional drill from a distance
- Increased safety and visibility
- Optional wireless capabilities
On-board Crane
- Our crane is rated at 3960 lb and features a horizontal reach of 13 ft
- Superior lift-to-weight ratio
- Long-reach capabilities
- Hexagonal booms for superior reach and maximum control
- Radio remote control options
Rod Arm
- Preloads next drill pipe for continuance working cycle
- Reduces loading and unloading time
- Reduces manpower cost
- Easy to operate
