EPCRA Planning and Reporting Manager™
This fully updated course prepares students to lead EPCRA reporting efforts, oversee EPCRA compliance, and validate information prior to submission. The course covers current EPCRA applicability and reporting requirements, including PFAS reporting requirements, multiple chemical lists, applicability thresholds, required reporting, deadlines, available reporting tools, and required supporting documentation.
Practical applications of the requirements for various industry sectors and for Federal agencies are explored and discussed. Illustrative scenarios are presented on industrial and Federal agency reporting under EPCRA Section 313 to provide a clear understanding of where to focus attention and how to apply the complex guidance of the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) requirements to actual facility operations.
The annual reporting requirements of EPCRA are complex, with several sections of the law establishing different reporting threshold calculations and annual reporting requirements. Class exercises apply new information to real-life scenarios, and participants use various data sources and regulatory references to practice calculating reporting thresholds and quantities.
The EPCRA Planning and Reporting Manager™ course is offered most often in our Annapolis, Maryland, training facility and online via live virtual attendance. All sessions run two days and the course fee is $1,115, with discounts available for early registration, groups of three or more, government employees, students, and veterans. Corporate partnership discounts are also available.
