Instructor-led training is one of the traditional modes of training, generally held in a classroom-type environment with one or more instructors leading the class and multiple trainees, often in listen mode. In today’s training environment, however, many ILT solutions have become much more interactive. In addition to teaching theory, classes may include hands-on, task-oriented learning; team building; learn-by-doing activities; and other techniques that engage the learner.
