Flake sorting application

Optical separator specially designed to work with small particles, which are usually difficult to separate. It is equipped with high-resolution NIR and RGB CMOS cameras, which together with the latest software generation provides high-precision separation by color or transparency in a wide diversity of materials.
The inspection of the material is carried out on top of a horizontal conveyor belt, so that the separation is better, more stable and more uniform. These spacers are equipped with LED automatic background lighting, which allows a better camera view.
