Crackadamia

As the driving force behind the Crackadamia brand this husband and wife team head up the manufacturing and administration of the entire workshop and sales team. With over 30 years’ experience between them in the Nut Processing industry in New Zealand, Australia and around the world. The machine manufacturing had its beginnings in the 1980’s on a small orchard of only 160 trees. With the need to process the nuts once the first harvest was underway, only to find there was nothing available to dehusk or crack the nuts. This led to the design and building of the first prototype machine for use in our own orchard. Word soon spread that we had built something that actually worked and we manufactured several more machines over the following years to help out fellow small growers around New Zealand.
