DWE’s founder and owner is an engineer who was drawn to precision injection molding early in his career in the medical device industry. He likes solving challenging problems and helping clients be successful. Today, through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, DWE has nearly 100 employees who also like a challenge and are committed to developing and producing quality solutions. In our 45,000 ft facility in Belcamp, Maryland we make a variety of products ranging from miniature components to 400 ft. long wiring harness assemblies. We provide contract or custom engineered products and take on projects our competition usually won’t – complex injection molded parts with integrated electronics, limited production runs, complicated secondary finishing, and multi-component assemblies are the kinds of projects we thrive on.
