MarqMetrix

Founded in Seattle in 2012, MarqMetrix, Inc. was established by Brian Marquardt and Scott Van Vuren with the goal of fully commercializing the intellectual property Marquardt developed at the University of Washington. Knowing it would change the landscape of chemical measurement as we know it, they wanted to leverage its real-world applications and make TouchRaman BallProbe technology available to a wide range of industries. After years of gaining partners and building a multi-disciplinary technical team, MarqMetrix now works with a number of recognizable global and private sector brands across a multitude of industries that include; pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, biotech and food and beverage. These partnerships include the University of Washington, where the company signed an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement for the Marquardt patents related to the TouchRaman BallProbe.
