Steel Frame Kits - Helical Screw Piles
Plusfab - Blade Pile Screw Piles
Screw pile foundations have helical blades at the bottom. They can be screwed directly into the soil. They are a suitable option for various construction projects, including building log cabins and fences.
Plusfab - Ground Screw
Screw Piles, Ground Screws, and Helical Piles are all types of helical foundation systems that use spiral blades or threaded structures to anchor securely into the ground.
Plusfab - Grouted Screw Piles
Grouted Screw Piles are a high-strength foundation system that combines steel piles with a grouted layer. Once the piles are screwed into the ground, they are covered in grout. This helps boost their bearing capacity and pull-out resistance. In soft or loose soil, sandy layers, or areas with a high water table, Grouted Screw Piles offer more stability than regular helical piles.
Plusfab - Steel Helical Screw Piles
Helical screw piles are steel helical piles installed by screwing in. Equipped with helical blades at the bottom, they firmly grip the soil, providing stable bearing capacity. Installation is quick and requires no large-scale excavation or concrete pouring. They perform excellently in complex geological conditions such as soft soil, wetlands, and frozen soil, exhibiting good pull-out resistance and durability.
Plusfab - Micro Screw Piles
Micro Screw Piles are small-diameter helical piles manufactured from high-strength steel tubes with welded spiral blades. The helical structure allows the pile to penetrate soil efficiently while providing strong anchoring performance and foundation stability.
Steel Frame Kits - Pipe Pile
Plusfab - Closed End Pipe Pile
Closed-end pipe piles, or “sealed-bottom steel pipe piles,” feature a base plate, pile tip, or a special seal welded at the bottom. This design fully encloses the pipe. The main benefit is that the load transfers well to deep soil or rock layers. This leads to a very strong bearing capacity. We mainly use this type of pile for projects needing strong foundations. These include bridges, docks, offshore platforms, large factories, and retaining walls.
Plusfab - Open End Pipe Pile
Open-end pipe piles have no sealed bottom or welded pile tip; the inside of the pipe is open during construction. Soil can naturally penetrate the pipe, creating excellent side friction resistance. If end bearing is required, concrete or grout can be poured after cleaning the borehole. This design works well in soft soil, silt, and reclaimed areas. It offers low resistance to penetration, quick pile driving, and stable bearing capacity. We primarily provide foundation work for projects such as ports, docks, offshore platforms, bridge foundations, deep foundation pit support, and large logistics facilities.
Architectural & Landscaping Structures
Corten Steel Facade
Corten Steel Facade is a building facade constructed using weathering steel. It primarily uses corten steel panels or corten steel sheets. A stable rust layer forms naturally on the surface. This rust protects the steel from further corrosion. It also gives it a unique reddish-brown look. Corten Steel Facade works well for homes, businesses, and public buildings. It gives a modern industrial look and offers strong protection.
Plusfab - Corten Steel Fences
Corten steel fences are made from weathering steel. They are mainly used to mark boundaries in landscapes, homes, and public areas. These fences build a stable rust layer outdoors. This protects the steel and gives it a unique look. In landscape design, corten steel fences provide security and enhance decor. Over time, the fence gets a natural rust color. It blends well with the environment.
Steel Greenhouse Frame Solutions
Plusfab - Steel-framed Agricultural Greenhouse
The Agricultural Greenhouse is a steel-framed greenhouse designed for modern agriculture. By controlling temperature, humidity, light, and ventilation, it provides a stable and high-yield growing environment for your crops. We use high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel as the main frame, ensuring a service life of 15–25 years or more. The greenhouse frame has a span range of 4–12 meters and a height of 3–6 meters. It supports single- or multi-span designs and can be customized to fit your plot size.
