Scarab Development was established after the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment in Stockholm the year 1972. The objective was to establish commercial solutions to environmental issues. Today Scarab is a cluster of companies working with several applications of water purification in different business areas. Scarab is a Swedish research company that focuses on sustainable, flexible, scalable and local production of ultra pure water through clean energy.
