Beth Fifield Hodgson, P.E., and Barbara Guzman, esq., established Spring Environmental, Inc. to provide high quality, reasonably priced technical assistance to Pacific Northwest firms. Since its inception in early 1997, Spring Environmental has developed air permits and supporting engineering and modeling for dozens of regional companies, prepared integrated emergency response plans for many of those, conducted multi-disciplinary environmental audits at almost two dozen facilities, and provided training to over a thousand employees in the Spokane area.
