Longitudinal Scrapers
Longitudinal scrapers are supplied with scraping plates made of stable plate-edge design and durable water-lubricated running wheels. Each base scraper has its own lifting gear, which is used to lift or raise the scrapers or moved if desired to intermediate positions.

- Base scrapers can be lifted or swung out
- Camshaft gear for intermediate positions (for driving below drains)
- Base rollers behind the scraper or built into the scraping plate in order to cope with steep tank gradients
All scrapers can be fitted with wheel drive units with rubber, Vulkollan® or a positive drive system (pinion, rail and gear rack).
Every scraper system can be combined with any floating scum scraping system. Floating scum scraping systems with single or double scrapers, for ramps or floating scum drains can be easily installed with manual or automatic lifting gear on our scrapers.
