CCLPEC - Top Loading Arm
The mechanical parts of the loading arm are mainly composed of pipelines, structural components, electrical part. Pipelines include inboard arm, outboard arm, drop pipe, vapor return hose (optional), cone (optional). Structural components are support riser, outboard arm balancing system, locking device, reset locking device. Electrical part includes conductive belt for static, level switch, parking position sensor (optional). Using for top loading or splash loading.

- The loading arm has a simple structure. The pipelines contain 4 swivel joints to ensure that the loading arm can be connected to tanker inside envelope range.
- When the height of the tanker is high, telescopic drop pipe can be used to ensure submerged loading. For splashing loading, 45°oblique opening on drop pipe or a deflector can be used to reduce splashing and the impact of splashing fluid.
- The loading arm is easy to operate, and the balance and locking device of outboard arm can realize the loading arm can be moved easily and can lock the outboard arm in loading position. The reset locking device can lock the loading arm in parking position.
- When loading volatile media such as gasoline, vapor return hose can be equipped on the pipeline, and sealing cone can be installed on the drop pipe to ensure that there is no leakage of dangerous media.
