BITControl Aqua and Bio Provi - Version 7.0 -Process Control and Remote Control System
Process control system - Remote control system - Alarm system. AQUA and BIO PROVI 7.0 - the process control and remote control system from BITControl - is used for the monitoring, operation and optimisation of wastewater treatment plants, water supply systems and biogas plants. Thanks to its modular design and the use of standard hardware and software components, PROVI is also economical for small plants. AQUA and BIO PROVI are based on the VISIWIN industrial visualisation tools. With VISIWIN, we have access to a large team of developers and a huge toolbox ranging from the driver family to visualisation. Powerful developer tools offer a wide range of options for realisation with maximum flexibility and performance.
Visualisation
The visualisation of technical processes is one of the main functions of a control system. We know the processes in sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants and biogas plants and incorporate our experience into the design of the process screens and operating functions in AQUA and BIO PROVI.

We consider clear overall images to be very important. They should provide a quick overview, but not be overloaded.

Detailed screens are highly customised and contain the information that is important to you in day-to-day operations. This can also mean that graphics, diagrams and tables are mixed on the process screen.

Process images must be appealing. Then the process control system will be used willingly and intensively.
In addition to the visualisation of technical processes, alarms, the trend display of measured values and the operation of machines and other equipment are important functions. The status display for coupled tools and connections (PLC, outstations) is also crucial information for system operation.

Quick access to important information: Click on a measured value and you will see the progression in a graph.

Our operating concept is sophisticated and complies with the applicable VDI guidelines and DWA worksheets.

Peripheral buildings and structure are integrated into the control system. The images very quickly show the operating behaviour of the pumps.

The alarm system is a central component of the control system with all important functions from the logbook to the alarm history, with many filters.
